Daruma is a cookie-cutter shark gyojin, one of the officers of the New Gyojin Pirates. Like the rest of the crew, from a young age he has instilled with hatred towards humans. Dosun is a hammerhead shark gyojin, one of the officers of the New Gyojin Pirates. Like the rest of the crew, from a young age he has instilled with hatred towards humans. He has the habit of ending his sentences with his name, which sometimes changes with a explosion onomatopoeia to indicate his strength level.

Hammond is a member of the New Gyojin Pirates, a daggertooth piked conger gyojin. As Arlong, he shows oblivion towards the human race as inferior beings. He found the Straw Hat outside Gyojin Island, where he met with the dilemma of whether or not to kill them since on one side they ruined Arlong's plan, but on the other side they saved Hatchan at Sabaody Archipelago and assaulted a Tenryuubito. To face with this difficult choice, Hammond suggested them to join under the orders of the New Gyojin Pirates, which the crew refused and fled towards Gyojin Island. Later, Hammond would go to their leader, Hoodie Jones, to tell him about what happened, who ordered him to capture the Straw Hats. In their search they arrived at Ningyo Cove, where he met the Neptune Army and Straw Hats. Sanji had lost much blood and needed an urgent blood transfusion, to which Hammond explained that no gyojin or ningyo would lend it, because it was against their law. Desperate for the situation, Luffy and the others escaped to find a donor defeating Hammond and his henchmen in the process.

Harisenbon is the Sea Urchin Unit Commander of the New Gyojin Pirates. With his unit they tried to crush Sanji with their spikes, but Sanji jumped by making them all collide and prick each other.

Hody Jones is the leader of the Nuevos Piratas Gyojin, who as Arlong seem to hate the humans and considers them an inferior race, but with the difference that he also has no compassion with those who defend the humans. Hody's plan began with the death of Queen Otohime, he killed her taking advantage of his current position in the Neptune Army to incriminate a human pirate of the event. His goal was to gain control of the Ryuuguu Kingdom to take part of the Levely and make a carnage of all the attendees to show the world the power of gyojin race.

Hyouzou is a poisonous blue-ringed octopus ningyo that has joined the New Gyojin Pirates. He forms part of Hammond's group, which is after the Straw Hats after their arrival at Gyojin Island. However, Hyouzou seems to be much stronger than his partners, since while they were beaten by Luffy's attack, he managed to stop it and to poison Luffy in the process.

Ikaros Much is a giant squid gyojin, one of the officers of the New Gyojin Pirates. Like the rest of the crew, from a young age he has instilled with hatred towards humans. Ikaros is constantly obsessed with becoming a surume (dried squid), since as a kid he had a friend squid named Daidalos who died from dehydration by being too close to the sun. he also has a strange habit of ending his sentences with "much".

Kasagon is a lion fish gyojin. He is a member of the New Gyojin Piratas and part of Hammond group, who riding their sea monsters are in charge of intercepting the humans that approach Gyojin Island.

Zeo is a wobbegong gyojin, one of the officers of the New Gyojin Pirates. Like the rest of the crew, from a young age he has instilled with hatred towards humans, taking Zeo to lead actions against those who helped them. Zeo is responsible for mass-producing the Energy Steroid used by the crew to increase their strengths.
