When Wapol was defeated by Luffy and condemned to live in poverty, this dog kept following and urinating on him. When he began to create the toys with junk, he also transformed Hakowan. After his success and the formation the Black Drum Kingdom, Wapol transformed Hakowan once again, who remained on his side after all this time.

Hamburg is a giant monkey looking fellow who is part of the Foxy Pirate Crew. He always seems to be laughing at things. He is a great Groggy Ring player (a game in the Davy Back Fight). He helps out Foxy with cheating during games.

Hammond is a member of the New Gyojin Pirates, a daggertooth piked conger gyojin. As Arlong, he shows oblivion towards the human race as inferior beings. He found the Straw Hat outside Gyojin Island, where he met with the dilemma of whether or not to kill them since on one side they ruined Arlong's plan, but on the other side they saved Hatchan at Sabaody Archipelago and assaulted a Tenryuubito. To face with this difficult choice, Hammond suggested them to join under the orders of the New Gyojin Pirates, which the crew refused and fled towards Gyojin Island. Later, Hammond would go to their leader, Hoodie Jones, to tell him about what happened, who ordered him to capture the Straw Hats. In their search they arrived at Ningyo Cove, where he met the Neptune Army and Straw Hats. Sanji had lost much blood and needed an urgent blood transfusion, to which Hammond explained that no gyojin or ningyo would lend it, because it was against their law. Desperate for the situation, Luffy and the others escaped to find a donor defeating Hammond and his henchmen in the process.

Handsome is the new identity that takes Duval after the face adjustment that Sanji realized to him. Now Duval is a narcissist, although he doesn't have any enchantment. He has a new positive vision of his life, reason why he has changed the Tobiuo Riders name to Jinsei Barairo Riders (Rosy Life Riders).

Hanger-chan is the owner of the clothes shop that Nami visited in Loguetown.

He is the vice warden of Impel Down. He is one of the most powerful people working in the prison. He is always trying to get Magellan's position, causing riots in which he attempts to incriminate him. He tried to face Luffy, but he would be defeated and finally topped by Teach.

Happa is the Water Seven carpenter that helped Usopp with the materials for the ship and giving him some rice balls to eat. He moved from Putchi, where he was a bandit, to Water Seven after his divorce to remade his live.

He is an old man living on Weatheria Island, dedicated to weather research, as all the scholars from this island. He is te one who found Nami after being sent by the Shichibukai Bartholomew Kuma. Haredas will be responsible of teaching Nami some of the aspects that were investigated in the island, including the use of strange strings to develop their knots that caused strong winds. Nami After learning what happened at the battle of Marineford, decided to stay a bit longer in Weatheria and would ask Haredas to teach him everything that was being investigated in that island, even if some of this knowledge turned out to be extremely dangerous. Haredas, somewhat disagree, but he finally granted her request.

Harisenbon is the Sea Urchin Unit Commander of the New Gyojin Pirates. With his unit they tried to crush Sanji with their spikes, but Sanji jumped by making them all collide and prick each other.

The captain of the crew that meet the Kid Pirates at the entrance of the New World. He begged them let them return back to Paradise, but they were all crucified by Kid and his mens.

She is one of the Shirohige commanders. She always carries two swords to fight. She would be one of the pirates who cried for Portgas D. Ace's death.

Hatchan (Hachi for friends) is an octopus type gyojin who is slightly dimwitted, but very loyal and determined. Hatchan is one of the three chiefs of the Arlong Park, and is the keeper of Mohmoo the large cow-fish hybrid from Grand Line. Hatchan has six arms, and is able to fight with a sword in each hand. Hatchi is the "number one" swordsman on Gyojin Island in Grand Line, and is a blademaster of the Rokutouryuu. After getting beat by Zoro, Hatchan goes on an adventure and opens up a floating takoyaki stand. Helping Camie, the Straw Hat crew rescued Hatchan who was being held by Macro and the Tobiuo Riders. Grateful for their help, Hatchan and Camie offered to guide them to the Sabaody Archipelago. Two years after these events, the Straw Hat crew would meet once again with Hatchan at Gyojin Island, who warns them about Hody Jones' intentions.

Hattori is the pigeon that Lucci takes in his shoulder. During his stay in Water 7 Lucci uses Hattori as interpreter to communicate, all thought that Lucci was dumb or that he was a ventriloquist. But the real reason was that he was trying to hide his voice so that they did not relate him with to the World Government.

One member of the Kid Pirates that attended the Human Auction, being able to support Rayleigh's Ambition. He can breath fire.

The whiney son of the scary Captain Morgan. Helmeppo had Zoro imprisoned for killing his dogs that were attacking the villagers. He tells Zoro that if he can survive without food for thirty days that he will free him. After learning Helmeppo is really planning to kill him Luffy punches Helmeppo. Zoro and Luffy defeat his father and Helmeppo is sentenced to do petty work for the marine base. Under Vice Admiral Garp's orders, he manage to became a Sergeant and learned to fight with two Kukri knives.

One of Alvida's crew members, the one who feared the reaction of Alvida if they drink the sake inside Luffy's barrel.

Heracles is the person who founded Usopp in the Boin Archipelago, and the one who helped him to escape from the carnivorous plants. Then he would show Usopp the archipelago, the food that the island hides and uses to attract preis to devour. Heracles is always very proud of his name, and always tries to remind everyone how incredible he is.

Herb was Karugara's wife. She briefly appeared crying when their daughter, Musse, explained her how proud she felt for being chosen for the sacrifice.

The cook of Bellamy's crew. He has a 21 tattooed in the forehead.

Baskerville is the judge of the court of Enies Lobby, the Judicial Island. Hidari Baskerville is the left head of the judge Baskerville. When the time for a verdict comes, Migi Baskerville usually recommends punishing the criminals. When the three brothers than forms the three-headed separates, he calls himself "Kerville".

Higuma is the head of mountain bandits that dwell near Luffy's village. They come to his village and cause trouble for the villagers. Shank's crew fights and defeats them while Shanks saves Luffy from a Higuma and a sea monster. Higuma gets eaten by the sea monster and is never heard from again.

Hildon is the Thriller Bark Pirates zombie number 21. When Usopp, Chopper and Nami arrived at Thriller Bark they were rescued by Hildon from the attack of Keroberosu. With the promise to take them to Doctor Hogback’s mansion, he takes them on his carruage to later leave them in the middle of the cemetery. Later and already in the mansion, he will try once again to tend them a trap or perhaps he was trying to save them, since in his last appearances he appeared with a sad face, as if he got along with the Straw Hats.

Known as "Black Cage". The Marine captain in charge of Fullbody and Jango. She ate the Ori Ori Fruit. Whatever passes through her is fit with a constricting metal binder.

Hiramela is a striped beakfish ningyo, one Camie's friends who received the Straw Hats at Ningyo Creek on Gyojin Island.

Hiruluk was an unlicensed doctor in Drum Kingdom who made the patients cower in fear. The fact that he was a horrible doctor shattered his reputation. To make matters worse, because of the horrible rule King Wapol bestowed upon the kingdom, he and Dr. Kureha were the only doctors left. Otherwise, a patient would have to beg Wapol to be cured by Isshies 20 (the 20 top docs). One day he discovered Chopper, hurt. He earned Chopper's trust and became his caretaker for one year, to heal him. He gave Chopper his name and his signature hat. Hiruluk's dream was to cure the sick nation of Drum with his miraculous invention: a chemical reaction that would make a sakura bloom in Drum Kingdom. He claims to have been cured of a terminal illness just by looking at the sakura bloom for the first time. He had a pirate flag that gave him inspiration to fight to the end, just like a pirate. He taught Chopper this philosophy. He reluctantly shunned Chopper when he became close to finishing his 30 year project. Hiruluk soon after found out he was dying and had 10 days to live. Chopper tried to help him by giving the doctor a mushroom, little did the reindeer know it was poison. The same day, Hiruluk heard a rumor that the Isshies 20 were sick, so he went to Wapol's castle. When he found out it was a lie, he thanked Chopper with the bottom of his heart, proclaiming he had a good life. When Chopper found out that the doc was about to die, he rushed to find him. Unfortunately, Hiruluk blew himself up, inspiring Chopper to become a doctor and fight to the end, like a pirate.

Hody Jones is the leader of the Nuevos Piratas Gyojin, who as Arlong seem to hate the humans and considers them an inferior race, but with the difference that he also has no compassion with those who defend the humans. Hody's plan began with the death of Queen Otohime, he killed her taking advantage of his current position in the Neptune Army to incriminate a human pirate of the event. His goal was to gain control of the Ryuuguu Kingdom to take part of the Levely and make a carnage of all the attendees to show the world the power of gyojin race.

Hoe is the whale mascot of King Neptune of Ryuuguu Kingdom, who used him as a mount. The only word he can utter is "whale".

Doctor Hogback is a famous genius surgeon among all doctors around the world. Worldwide doctors would travel to him and honor him. One day, he saved the life of a beautiful actress called Victoria Cindry, he fall in love with her but his love never was corresponded. Later the news of her death would reach him, then Doctor Hogback would disappear and begin to study a way to revive the dead people with the intention to bring her to life once again. One day, the Shichibukai Gecko Moria would propose him to join his crew, this was his great chance to revive her love. With Moria's power and Hogback's abilities they created an army of zombies, which among them was Cindry. Although since she has another shadow she didn't conserve her personality, thing that doesn't matters to Hogback, since now the woman who rejected him was on his feet.

Hoichael and Michael forms a pair of punks in Water Seven which follows the Franky's path, their model to follow. When someone tried to kill the mayor Iceberg, Lulu and Tilestone thought that they were the criminals.

Holy is Aum's dog. He is a giant dog that has been trained in martial arts and learned bipedal walking.

Twin brother of Kotori and brother of priest Satori. He has a dial in each hand, a Flame Dial in the right and a Axe Dial in the left, with which he uses combo attacks with Kotori. He was defeated by Nami.

The Houbantai is a unit of canine riders. They are agil and fast when they attack. They were sent by judge Baskerville to help Oimo and Kashii in the defense of the Island Gate of Enies Lobby.

Humphrey is a bartender at Sabaody Archipelago. He informed Nami about the status of the New World and the (fake) Straw Hat crew.

Hustle is the combat instructor and the number 1 boxer of Don Krieg Fleet.

A member of the Tsumegeri, the elit soldiers of the Arabasta Real Guard. He gave his life trying to defeat to Crocodile.

Hyouzou is a poisonous blue-ringed octopus ningyo that has joined the New Gyojin Pirates. He forms part of Hammond's group, which is after the Straw Hats after their arrival at Gyojin Island. However, Hyouzou seems to be much stronger than his partners, since while they were beaten by Luffy's attack, he managed to stop it and to poison Luffy in the process.
