Edward Newgate is know as "Shirohige" (Whitebeard), captain of the Shirohige Pirates and a Yonkou. Shirohige is HUGE, to say the least. His power is known and feared throughout the Grand Line. He is the only known pirate to have fought with Gold Roger and come out evenly matched. According to Buggy, he is the closest pirate to One Piece. A member of the Yonkou.

Egana is Margarita's fiance, the woman who broke his dishes as proof of love before their marriage but due to that was rejected. Once Moriah was defeated and his fiancee recovered her shadow, he forgave her.

Known as the "Miraculous Person", Ivankov is the former ruler of the Kamabakka Kingdom, in Momori Island. Called "King Okama", Ivankov was arrested in the LEVEL 5 Impel Down, as well as being the former ruler of Kama Land, Ivankov was secretly a member of the revolutionary army commanded by Monkey D. Dragon (who seem to admire a lot). Ivankov was in Impel Down waiting for Dragon to make his next move, but seeing the danger that layed on the war between Shirohige and the Marines, and also after finding out that Luffy is Dragon's son, he decideD to help him rescue his brother. Ivankov achieve with Luffy to escaped from Impel Down, and then later assist him in the battle, which was thanks to him and Inazuma the Luffy managed to rescue his brother. Later, after the Ace's death, Ivankov would prevent Akainu from killing Luffy. After that, Ivankov eventually would leave Luffy's life in Boa Hancock's care. Once back at Kamabakka Kingdom, Ivankov meet Sanji, who he trained for two years facing him with the 99 masters of the Newkama Kenpo.

Called "God Enel" the "God" of Skypiea. He first came to Skypiea 6 years ago after destroying his homeland Bilca and then the spot of "God" from Gan Fall. He ate the Goru Goru fruit, which allows him turn into lightining and become it. He uses this power to take over Skypiea. Thanks to this power, his Mantra is stronger then anyone elses because he uses the lightning as a radar to "hear" people's voices. Enel's true goal is to venture to the dream land and start a dream country. To get there, he slaved people for 6 years to build a giant arc called the "Maxim", which uses gold to power. After the fight with Luffy, Enel escaped towards the Moon in his ark in his search for the "Fairy Verse", where he found the ruins of an ancient metropolis that revealed him the origin of the inhabitants of Skypiea. With his electric power, he managed to give life back to this civilization awakening an army of robots at his command.

He has a 315.000.000 Berries reward, according Shakky, because Kid is a very violent pirate, and he tends to attack civilians in his path. When Luffy attacked the Tenryuubito, Eustass help him to escape before the arrival of the Marine Admiral to the Sabaody Archipelago.
