Bobbin was first seen in Whole Cake Island. He returned to inform Big Mom that he had fulfilled his order to burn a country that had refused to pay their candy tribute. After this, he also offered to destroy Gyojin Island, since Pekoms had just reported that they would not be able to pay that month's offering.

Charlotte Linlin, commonly known as "Big Mom", is one of the Yonkou that dominate the New World. After Shirohige's death, Big Mom took Gyojin Island's protectorate, mainly for her interest in its candy factory.

Pekoms is one of Big Mom's minions. He was sent to Gyojin Island with Tamago to collect the monthly candy offering in exchange for Big Mom's protection of the island. However, the town gave all the sweets to the Straw Hat crew. In return, they received Ryuuguu Kingdom's treasures that were been previously stolen by Caribou, who tried to get them back, but was easily defeated by Pekoms.

Tamago is a longleg of Big Mom Pirates. He was sent to Gyojin Island with Pekoms to collect the monthly candy offering in exchange for Big Mom's protection of the island. However, the town gave all the sweets to the Straw Hat crew. Tamago tried to reason with Big Mom to accept the money that Luffy offered in exchange for the sweets they ate.
