Oars III, also called "Little Oars Jr.", is a descendant form the Oars from Thriller Bark. He is one of the captains of the New World who attended Shirohige in his war against the Marine HQ to avoid the public execution of Ace. Oars is very attached to Ace, when they met he gave him a bamboo hat for protection from the sun. In a suicidal attempt to rescue Ace, Doflamingo cutted his leg and Moriah pierced him with an attack making him fell completely dejected.
