He is from the White Sea, Urouge always carryes a huge column and has the uncanny ability to become even bigger and more musculated than he already is. With this ability, Urouge turns his column in a simple rod that he used to attack and hit. In the Sabaody Archipelago, Urouge tried to deal with a Pacifista and Admiral Kizaru at once, losing to both of them.
