Seamars, nicknamed Captain Seamars, is on of the Space Pirates who were making an excavation in the Moon. When the Karakuri Soldiers arrived at the Moon, the Space Pirates confronted them and managed to defeat them all but Spacey, who fled from the battle. Spacey later return with Enel to the battlefield searching for his friends. Then, Seamars tried to attack Enel by surprise without any luck, being defeated by him.

In that place were the ruins of an old civilization related to the winged people of Skypiea and Shandia, but the reason why they tried to unearth them is still unknown. He was alongside his crew by Enel when he saw how they were destroying his precious Fairy Verse.
