Oars
According to legend, Oars was the leader of a country where the criminals arrested in the world were sent. Chopper found that Oars was death frozen for being naked in the Land of Ice. Oars is extremely huge (larger than even Elbaf giants). Reason why, Oars is an extremely powerful opponent, and fighting him is almost impossible. There is more, Moria turned him into a zombie with Luffy's fighting skills, making him into a extremely difficult opponent, which all the Straw Hats where needed to finish him.
Gomu Gomu no Bazooka
Kanji: ゴムゴムのバズーカTranslation: Rubber Rubber Bazooka
An inherited attack from Luffy's shadow. Oars pulls both arms back, and then forward again, pushing his opponent with both simultaneously. This attack, despite not having Luffy's stretch, remains to be a devastating attack, due to his large size.
Gomu Gomu no Buretto
Kanji: ゴムゴムの銃弾（ブレット）Translation: Rubber Rubber Bullet
Llooked as a devastating attack. Oars thrown his arm backwards, and then releases it toward his opponent. Like Luffy's attack, you can say it's a "Gomu Gomu no Bazooka" with one hand, but we never could see it in action, since Luffy Nightmare interrumped him before performing it with a clean cut on his chest.
Gomu Gomu no Gatoringu
Kanji: ゴムゴムの銃乱打（ガトリング）Translation: Rubber Rubber Gatling
An inherited attack from Luffy's shadow. Oars jumps over a group of enemies and begins to throw them many fast punches. Although, his body is not made of rubber as Luffy's one, he manages to create the same optical effect of multiple arms, whith the addition of his size it creates a demolishing effect.
Gomu Gomu no Kama
Kanji: ゴムゴムの鎌Translation: Rubber Rubber Sickle
Oars executes a powerful slap to one or more enemies, and tries to crush them. With this attack he also destroys solid surfaces. This attack was supposed to be inherited from Luffy's shadows, but the way Luffy does it is different from how Oars performs it.
Gomu Gomu no Kane
Kanji: ゴムゴムの鐘Translation: Rubber Rubber Bell
An inherited attack from Luffy's shadow. This attack requires a combination with Moriah. Using the attack Kakumei Kage, Moriah manipulates Oars' shadow to be able to stretch. Once accomplished, Oars stretches his neck back, then brings it back to give a devastating head-on into an area that can knock down multiple enemies.
Gomu Gomu No Kazan
Kanji: ゴムゴムの火山Translation: Rubber Rubber Volcano
Inherited attack from Luffy's shadow. This attack requires a combination with Moriah. Using the attack "Kage Kakumei" Moriah manipulates Oars' shadow so it can stretch. After that, Oars performs a kind of "Gomu Gomu no Ono" but reverse, putting himself head down.
Gomu Gomu no Muchi
Kanji: ゴムゴムの鞭Translation: Rubber Rubber Whip
Inherited attack from Luffy's shadow. This attack requires a combination with Moriah. Using the attack "Kage Kakumei" Moriah manipulates Oars' shadow so it can stretch. After that, Oars stretches his leg with a rounded kick so he can reach multiple enemies, or focus on a devastating attack on a single opponent.
Gomu Gomu no Ono
Kanji: ゴムゴムの戦斧Translation: Rubber Rubber Axe
An inherited attack from Luffy's shadow. This attack requires a combination with Moriah. Using the attack Kakumei Kage, Moriah manipulates Oars' shadow to be able to stretch. Once accomplished, Oars stretches his leg raising it high up, then make it fall down on one or more opponents or structures, creating tremendous damage.
Gomu Gomu no Pisutoru
Kanji: ゴムゴムの銃（ピストル）Translation: Rubber Rubber Pistol
Oars tries to make Luffy's "Gomu Gomu no Pisutoru", but is unable somce he doesn't have Luffy's "Gomu Gomu no Mi" ability, resulting in a normal punch. Later, with Moriah's "Kage Kakumei", he finaly manages imitate Luffy completely.
Gomu Gomu no Raifuru
Kanji: ゴムゴムの回転弾（ライフル）Translation: Rubber Rubber Rifle
Inherited attack from Luffy's shadow. This attack requires a combination with Moriah. Using the attack "Kage Kakumei" Moriah manipulates Oars' shadow so it can stretch. After that, Oars stretches his arm back as he writhes and tries to hit one or more enemies at close range. This attack is incredibly devastating, but when he tried to use against Nightmare Luffy, he was able to stop it with one hand.
Gomu Gomu no Shiri Mochi
Kanji: ゴムゴムの尻モチTranslation: Rubber Rubber Butt Stomp
A rare attack, but as devastating as any Oars' attack. Oars jumps towards a group of opponents and tries to stomp them with his butt. This is not an inherited attack from Luffy's shadow, but Oars still names it as Luffy would anyway.
Gomu Gomu no Sutampu
Kanji: ゴムゴムのスタンプTranslation: Rubber Rubber Stamp
Inherited attack from Luffy's shadow.
Using his large size, Oars rises hig leg up in the air, and with it, he tries to stomp on his enemies. This technique can be used with the ability to stretch that Moriah gave him, or without stretching at short distances. Both are equally devastating.
Gomu Gomu no Yari
Kanji: ゴムゴムの槍Translation: Rubber Rubber Spear
An inherited attack from Luffy's shadow. This attack requires a combination with Moriah. Using the attack Kakumei Kage, Moriah manipulates Oars' shadow to be able to stretch. Once accomplished, Oars gathers his legs and launches a kick with both at once. The attack in even more devastating than Luffy's, it is able to shake an entire island.
Oars Ball
Kanji: オーズ・ボールTranslation: Oars Ball
Using Kakumei Kage technique, Moriah makes Oars to become a giant sphere, which it uses to attack.
