Jango
Jango was the first mate and hypnotist of Captain Kuro. He used a chakram for battle and to hypnotize people to his advantage in battle. Later, Jango ended in the Marines, where he started using a two chakrams for fighting.

Jango's standard hypnosis technique, he uses his swings his special ring blades back and forth to put his victims into a trance, then counts One, Two, Jango to snap them out of it and make them do whatever he commands. The problem is that half of the time he ends up hypnotizing himself.
