Ragnir is alive and attacks Loki to prevent him from getting the Akuma no Mi. According to Harald, only someone worthy of being king will be accepted by Ragnir, which is why no one has eaten it in so long. Gaban and Shanks try to restrain Harald. Gaban explains to Shanks that the best way to stop the regeneration is to cover your blows with Ambition. Meanwhile, Loki crashes his hammer into Ragnir, destroying the hammer and revealing Ragnir to be a squirrel with a huge bump. Loki has proven himself worthy, and Ragnir allows him to eat the fruit. Loki transforms into a monster with powerful claws that inflict terrible wounds on Harald. The beating causes Harald to momentarily regain his sanity, which he uses to congratulate Loki on the “dynasty” in his blood and to tell him that he loves him. Finally, Loki strikes Harald with Ragnir, reducing his body to pieces.
