Vegapunk's recording sends a signal for everyone to prepare to receive his message within 10 minutes. The Gorousei, upset by the message, thinks that Vegapunk has arranged everything to be activated by his own death. Meanwhile, throughout the world everyone tries to prepare giant screens to receive the message. Dragon briefly recalls Shaka's words warning him of his approaching death. For his part, Luffy continues to fight Saturn and Kizaru. In an attempt to stop Vegapunk's message, Saturn decides to summon the rest of the Gorousei.
