The Straw Hat crew is now safe in the Labo Phase. The lab robots try to repair Atlas, but Bonney is still angry at Vegapunk for what happened. Meanwhile, the CP-0 agents gather at the Fabirio Phase, now with all the Seraphim under their control. Since the Frontier Dome's defenses prevent their entry, Lucci orders his men to block all exist and destroy all the ships on the island. While all this is going on, Kuma suddenly arrives to Red Port, causing chaos among its inhabitants. Back on Egghead, Vegapunk and his satellites debate their next move, when suddenly, the Frontier Dome is momentarily deactivated allowing CP-0 to gain access. At the same time, a fleet led by Kizaru is on its way to Egghead.
