Roger Pirates are relieved to learn that Shakuyaku has opened a bar in Hachinosu and is doing well. However, Roger is upset that Shakuyaku left a love letter for Rayleigh after their last confrontation with the Kuja Pirates. In Mary Geoise, Garling has an audience with the Gorousei to urge them to hold the next “human hunt” in God Valley, as he has discovered something interesting there. In Hachinosu, everyone is watching Shakuyaku at her bar, but something has changed in Rocks' expression, everyone realize that it may be because of another woman who is expecting his child. Roger Pirates make an appearance at the bar, but Shakuyaku is disappointed by Rayleigh's absence and ends up fainting. Some time later, Harald confronts Rocks in Elbaph after accepting the proposal to join the World Government. After this fight, the friendship between the two would come to an end. Finally, a woman walks through God Valley with some twins named Shanks and Shamrock.
