Loki replies to Rocks that they are indeed in the Elbaph, but that his father is currently on an expedition. Rocks wants to bring him back immediately and to do so he decides to hurt his son. We discover that Rocks was responsible for a kidnapping of kings during the Levely and that he infiltrated to the Flower Room of Pangea Castle. There he confronted Imu saying that he would return one day. In his escape from Mary Geoise, Rocks crossed paths with Harald, whom they were chasing thinking he was the culprit of everything. The two had a clash and ended up fleeing together by jumping from the top of the Red Line. Rocks had just killed an Admiral, thus becoming an enemy of the government. Finally, Harald cancels his expedition to see his son. Rocks was waiting for him with the intention of recruiting him for his crew, but Harald is not interested in joining a criminal. Rocks' goal was to take Hachinosu and turn it into a pirate paradise, and from there crash down the Holy Land and proclaim himself the King of the World. Harald kept rejecting his proposal, but Loki was attracted by the man's words. Finally, after gathering a large crew, Rocks set out to initiate his plan.
