Yamato continues his story as he shows Momonosuke his father's logbook. Before saying goodbye, Ace shared a piece of his Vivre Card with Yamato, but when it began to fade his father prevented him from coming to his aid. He also tells him that Roger had the same dream as Luffy and that Oden related how the pirates of the new generation would destroy Kaidou. Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid and Killer arrive before Kaidou and Big Mom. However, Luffy stops first at Kinemon to apologize for his delay. Kaidou tries to hit Luffy from behind, but he reacts in time by hitting his face against the ground reminding him that he will be the next Pirate King.
