In their way to Dressrosa, the Thousand Sunny is attacked by an army of marine rabbits. During the assault, Caesar is kidnapped by the pirate Breed, who seems to control this horde of animals. Luffy, Chopper and Law follow Caesar's trail to an underwater hideout, where they face a Kung-Fu Dugong. After being defeated, the Kung-Fu Dugong regains sanity and reveals that he's actualy the same one that faced Luffy in Arabasta. Breed then uses his ability to control Chopper, making him to turn into Monster and charging against his nakamas.
