One Piece celebrates its 20th anniversary with a special episode about the "Romance Down" that was published in "Wanted!". This "Romance Down" tells us the story of Luffy, a young man who has part to the sea to become a pirate. After a strange bird ends up crashing into his boat, he ends up in the pirate ship of a magician named Spiel. The pirates have captured a girl named Anne and want a mysterious power that hides her bird Balloon. Spiel is not the kind of pirate that Luffy is looking for, he wants to find pirates looking for adventures, like his grandfather. For that reason, Luffy decides to help Anne to free Balloon.
